What we collect
When you request access: full name, company, email, phone, company size and, if you write it, what you use today.
Why
Only to contact you about early access. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it is kept
On Hetzner servers in Germany. The emails we send you, such as your invite, go out through Brevo, an email service based in France (EU), which receives only your name and email address to deliver them. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone for advertising. Invoices that customers forward to their Builtfold invoice address pass through Cloudflare (Email Routing), which does not store them.
For how long
Until you become a customer or, at most, 12 months after your request.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to hello@builtfold.com. This site uses no tracking cookies.
